In order to encourage physicians to use the Internet more, we develop the multiple track campaign Initiative physicians on the Web on behalf of the Upper Austrian HYPO bank. Physicians (and patients) are called to nominate exemplary websites for physicians. An expert jury examines the handed-in sites and presents the best performances in the local daily newspaper OÖN.
Parallel to this we work out the Webguide for physicians: A handy brochure with the fundamentals for Internet beginners, legal information and tips for the (information) needs of surfing patients.
To provide direct contact between the HYPO and the physicians we organise two information evenings in a salon ambience.
In the HYPO-building we let the campaign end with a practical evening after a half-year period.
