We go in search of clues and explore the effects acoustic phenomena can have on our lives and our projects.
This workshop is about music, sound, silence and noise and about hearing itself in the context of performance art. Chris Janka will lead experiments on how we can use sound to stretch or, conversely, compress time. Peter Androsch will give an input on listening as a creative act and Gerald Harringer will present examples from the history of performance art from the "Schwarzen Lade" (Black Ark), Boris Nieslony's large performance archive.
